Coaching for Your Next Chapter

Most of us don’t get stuck because we don’t know what to do. We get stuck because the life that once fit us no longer does.

As an ICF certified life and engagement coach, I help people navigate those moments of transition with curiosity instead of panic. Together we’ll untangle what’s no longer working, rediscover what energizes you, and make thoughtful choices about what comes next.

I don’t believe anyone else has the answers to your life. I believe you do. My job is to ask though Ik thoughtful questions, notice the patterns you can’t always see yourself, and help you trust your own wisdom again.

Whether you’re considering a career change, adjusting to an empty nest, recovering from a loss, or simply wondering, “Is this all there is?” coaching offers a place to pause, reflect, and move forward with intention.

My work is grounded in the belief that you are naturally creative, resourceful, and whole. You do not need someone to tell you what to do. You need space to hear yourself think. You need questions that open doors. You need a trusted partner who can help you notice what you’ve been overlooking.

For forty years, I asked questions for a living. As a journalist, I listened deeply and helped people uncover truths they didn’t know they were carrying. Coaching feels like a natural extension of that work.

Together, we’ll explore the stories you’re living by, the assumptions you’ve inherited, the possibilities you’re considering, and the values that matter most to you now.

This isn’t therapy. It isn’t consulting. And it isn’t about optimizing your life.

It’s about becoming more fully yourself.

Because in my experience, the next chapter rarely arrives with a mariachi band. It begins with attention. A conversation. A small act of courage.

And then another.

MY COACHING PHILOSOPHY

Paying attention changes everything.

The lives we want are often hidden inside the things we’re rushing past—the quiet longing, the recurring dream, the idea that won’t leave us alone, the question that keeps resurfacing. Coaching helps us slow down long enough to notice.

I believe clarity comes before confidence, and curiosity before certainty. Meaningful change begins when we stop asking, “What should I do?” and start asking, “What feels true?”

My role is not to provide answers. It’s to help you discover your own.
